Zamalek Toolbar: Zamalek’s Saied in Egypt contention Zamalek’s Saied in Egypt contention ================================================================================ Ahmed Abd El Fattah on 04/12/2011 09:10:00 Zamalek defender Hani Saied tops a list of players being monitored by Egypt coach Bob Bradley as the national team management looks forward to beefing up the squad with new faces. Bradley spectated Zamalek’s friendly 3-0 win against second tier Sharqia from the stands on Thursday and it seems he has been impressed by the Zamalek center-half. “The coaching staff is keeping tabs on a list of players, on top of them is Hani Saied,” Assistant coach Diaa Al-Sayed said “He’s a good player, surely we’ll benefit from him in the future. “The management is keen to attend upcoming friendly games for Ahli, Ismaili and other clubs to select the best for the national team.” Saied, 28, is still uncapped for the Egypt senior team although he represented his country several times at junior levels. The former Harras Hodoud defender has yet to make his league debut for Zamalek as he has been struggling with a leg injury since September.
